Dance Conmigo Party, December 3, 2011 (Bachata class)
The first Saturday of every month, Dance Conmigo hosts a party which always starts with a beginner lesson. On December 3rd we taught a crash course in Bachata. Our next party is February 4th, 2012 - and the beginner lesson will be Slow Waltz (8pm-9pm). Don't miss it!
Also, for the year 2012, we will be opening a 3rd dance floor. As always, the main dance floor will feature a mix of all the dance styles (Ballroom, Latin, Swing, WCS, Tango etc.), the second dance floor features just Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cha-Cha and - new this year - a third dance floor for Argentine Tango! The entrance, including the beginner lesson plus three hours of general dancing, is $6. We hope that many of you will join us.

Dance Conmigo Party, August 6, 2011
It was a nice party. A lot of level one students came to put their dancing to the real test. We started with a Slow Waltz class and then proceeded with with all kind of different music.
It was strange, but the guest came in three different wave, the fist wave were those who wanted to take advantage of the Slow Waltz class, the second wave were those who were not interested in the dance class and started arriving a bit later, the final wave were probably those who went out to dinner first and then arrived to add some dancing to their evening.
We usually have two dance floors, one for general dancing and one for salsa dancing. In the salsa room, there must have been some one who loved bachata, because every time the DJ would step out of the room, some one would put a bachata play list.
Another worth mentioning point was that Andre, the owner of Studio Metronome, kindly helped at the door. This was going way above good customer service, this is becoming part of the crew. Thank you so much for your help Andre.
